Cais is the Portuguese word for quay, the place you depart from and the place you return to. Lester Roderick spent much of his life on the water, where every voyage began and ended at the cais. This corset carries that same sense of grounding: steady, certain, and waiting for you.
Its structure is felt the moment you lace it. Fully boned with fishtail boning, each bone enclosed in its own channel, Cais defines the silhouette while allowing you to adjust the fit to your preference. An internal waist tape reinforces the waist, while metal grommets and satin-ribbon lacing create an adjustable back closure.
Wear it cinched over a gown’s bodice, layered over a slip or sheer blouse, or paired with a bralette that leaves the skin exposed. Cais belongs to your wedding day, and to every day you choose to be held.
